Golang Job: Lead Platform Engineer - AWS - Kubernetes - Gitlab

Your Responsibilities

• You support the implementation of a micro-service architecture
• You work closely with Development, Operations and Testing team
• You develop monitoring and system performance dashboards
• You develop new security approaches and implementing next generation solutions
• You participate in on-call rotation duties
• You create a roadmap and plan the team activities in an agile way
• You connect to the reset of the team leads and able to work on cross team efforts
• You evaluate the technical skills and capabilities of the rest of the team members

Your Qualification

• You are passion about automation
• You gained strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• You have experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with tools like Gitlab, Travis Ci, Circle Ci, Jenkins
• You show a solid understanding of security practices
• You have knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages like e.g. Node.js, Golang, Scala or Python
• You have experience with monitoring tools like e.g. ELK, Datadog, Prometheus or Grafana as well as strong database knowledge and experience in scaling databases
• You ideally gained experience running Kubernetes in production
